RESERVATIONS |
We recommend advance reservations.
A maximum of 18 mules on the trail per day may limit your chance of a last minute booking.
Molokai visitors in the past have been disappointed when we were booked to capacity.
Our reservations are based on a "first come, first serve basis." When we receive the names of the riders, your phone contact number, your arrival date, lodging and credit card information, you will not be obligated until we personally contact you and reconfirm. Your credit card will not be charged and you are under no obligation until we confirm. Mahalo!"

Arrive on the early flights, have breakfast at the Molokai Airport Coffee Shop and also pick up something light to eat or drink to go. AIRPORT-BARN TRANSFERS: Taxis are available for approx $25 and airport transfer tour companies for about $11-13 per person each way to the barn. Email us for assistance. |

Flying from Honolulu or Maui to Molokai?
There are no longer "packages" offered for flights to Molokai with the Mule Ride. Each component must now be booked separately.
Flyers have a tighter schedule to observe. Please let us know your intentions and we will send to you current options. Generally, right now:

Remember that one day flights will work ONLY if the flight is on time (weather is good) and you can make the 7:50am check in at the Barn. Flyers have a tighter schedule to observe:
Maui-Molokai Ferry?EXTRA FLYER RESTRICTIONS: Max. weight limit: 249 lbs with good height to weight distribution. Must be at least 16 years of age. Women should NOT participate if pregnant. Those who take heavy does of medication or have known Epilepsy should not participate on this activity.
- CHECK IN BETWEEN 8:00AM-8:10AM Sharp, AT THE MULE BARN. Hwy. 470 at the #5 mile marker. We are 10.5 miles from the Molokai airport, about a 16 min drive.
- TRANSFER TO THE MULE BARN: Transfer Companies charge up to $16 per person each way, minimum 2 people. Taxi service is also available.
- BOOK TOUR spaces BEFORE booking your air, hotel and trans. We need names, phone and cc information to secure. You will not be obligated until you get your air and we make an agreement by email or phone.
The Mule Ride timing generally does *NOT* work for same day arrival nor departure on the Ferry as it arrives too late and departs too soon.

RESERVATIONS
After you receive a reply that the date is available, we will require valid credit card information to secure the reservation. We will then send you a Confirmation Number and added details to prepare for our tour. The credit card is normally pre-charged 2-3 days in advance.
Full refunds only if you cancel no later than 24 hours in advance or if the weather is too poor to go. 48 hours cancellation notice is required for the Honolulu tour package.
All riders are required to fill out "Waiver of Liability Forms".
We honor Visa, MasterCharge, or AMEX cards.

Please tell us what dates you will be arriving on and leaving Molokai and where you are booked to stay.
When you arrive, it is important that you call and leave a message and check in. Call our Local Number at 567-6088 or 1-800-567-7550 and if someone does not answer and the recorder goes on, press "1" and it will stop the recorded announcement so you may leave your message.
Please do not be afraid to leave a message. Don't be afraid to leave your credit card number and expiration date. The recorder is in our "home office" and we are the only ones who have access. (Mule Tour positions are limited and First Come, First Served)
If you are on the Honolulu Package, please call us when you arrive and give us every detail including phone and room number. Identify yourself, state your tour date and day and we will have someone call back and leave a message or speak to you.
