We recommend advance reservations. A maximum of 18 mules on the trail per day may limit your chance of a last minute booking. Molokai visitors in the past have been disappointed when we were booked to capacity. Our reservations are based on a "first come, first serve basis." When we receive the names of the riders, your phone contact number, your arrival date, lodging and credit card information, you will not be obligated until we personally contact you and reconfirm. Flying from Honolulu or Maui to Molokai? There are no longer "packages" offered for flights to Molokai with the Mule Ride. Each component must now be booked separately. Flyers have a tighter schedule to observe. Please let us know your intentions and we will send to you current options. The Mule Ride timing generally does *NOT* work for same day arrival nor departure on the Ferry as it arrives too late and departs too soon. Mule Tour Positions are very limited each day. RESERVATIONS After you receive a reply that the date is available, we will require valid credit card information to secure the reservation. We will then send you a Confirmation Number and added details to prepare for our tour. The credit card is normally pre-charged 2-3 days in advance. Full refunds only if you cancel no later than 24 hours in advance or if the weather is too poor to go. 48 hours cancellation notice is required for the Honolulu tour package. All riders are required to fill out "Waiver of Liability Forms". We honor Visa, MasterCharge, or AMEX cards. Alert us if paying by check! Checks should be payable to "Kalaupapa Guided Mule Tour" and mailed to: PO Box 200, Molokai, HI 96757. We will confirm your reservations through a phone call or e-mail.
